The founding family of the distillery – Los Landeros – is the same family that founded the community San Pedro de los Landeros
The Landeros family were agave farmers, building their distillery with the purpose of using their own agave to make an agave spirit that wasn’t tequila in the beginning

2011 – Company formalised (incorporation) and other investors were invited to become partners, this is how René Carranza (the current master distiller) joined the team
2017 – CRT certificate to produce tequila
