G4/3 – Terroir

Key Notes

Tequila is primarily made in Jalisco. (5 states in total, but most of the production is concentrated in Jalisco)
El Pandillo is located in the Los Altos region close to the town of Jesus Maria
The soil of Los Altos is a mineral rich red clay soil
The agave used for G4 is usually small (8-10kg), but they have a high sugar content and they tend to contribute to more of a floral character
