Viva Mexico as a brand name comes from the first few letters of the name of the Vivanco family, so the Mexican patent office gave them the right to use it.
Choosing Viva Mexico as a brand name was controversial – some people in the industry didn’t like using the phrase “Viva Mexico”, they thought it belonged to the Republic of Mexico.
Viva Mexico have several meanings but the main one is: “come and join what Mexico is”.
