Keegan Smith started bartending in 2001, in his time in the beverage industry, he has won 3 national flair bartending titles, trained over 1000 bartenders in over 500 bars across Africa and India.

Keegan acts as a consultant to the craft distillers institute of South Africa, is a contributor to several industry magazines and is the founder of the flair for life charity.

He currently owns and operates The Barsmith barschool and events as well as Casa De Agave which specialises in tequila education, tasting and mobile bar services.
