Ryan is an International Tequila Academy In-Person Instructor, Level 3 Tequila Sommelier, and an Agave Spirits Advisor. He is also a Co-Founder of the Colorado Agave Collective, a group that hosts upscale agave spirit events that focus on education, blind tastings, and palate development. And he’s the Owner & Founder of A Guy A Girl and A Trail, an adventure experience company that brings people to remote mountain tops for intimate dinner and drink pairing events.

He brings a unique engineering background to the world of agave. He conducted quality testing and development on prototype vehicles for a global automotive manufacturer and ran their North American winter validation testing. These days you’ll find him in aerospace, where he manages the U.S. manufacturing of attitude determination and control systems for small spacecraft and trains aerospace employees as an IPC Instructor.
Ryan can train and certify you in agave spirits, and then train and certify you in building electrical assemblies for use in space and military applications.
