The rapid growth of tequila needs more professionals that have the skill to organize the distillation process of different tequila products. To provide the supply for this demand, we are working together with master distiller Sergio Cruz to create the very first online Master Distiller course.

Our teacher, Sergio Cruz has more than 20 years experience in the tequila industry working on several projects and being the Master Distiller for the Vivanco’s family distillery, Viva Mexico in Arandas, Mexico.

He has been working with the Vivanco family for over 18 years, producing the famous Viva Mexico tequila as well as many other tequila projects the distillery undertakes for their clients. He is also the special distillation consultant of many other distilleries and brands and is highly regarded by our tequila sommelier on of the industry’s most trusted tequila producer.
